If you have previously taken the Smartometric Assessment, you may be prevented from doing so for a period of 12 months from the date of your last assessment. This is in place to ensure that individuals do not attempt to manipulate their results by taking the test multiple times within a short period.
Additionally, if you pay for a test but are not eligible to take the test at the time due to various reasons (e.g., waiting period as above), the earliest date you can retake the test will be 12 months after your last test. This applies regardless of whether you choose to use a new payment method, redeem a voucher, or continue with the same one. If you are not eligible to take the test at the time due to our waiting period policy, the earliest date you can retake the assessment will be 12 months after your last attempt.
