Individual assessment responses are confidential and are not accessible to, or shared with, any company, employer, organisation, or unauthorised third party. All assessment data and related information are securely stored within protected databases and systems using commercially reasonable security measures.
Assessment responses and results are used solely for the purpose of generating the Feedback Report.
Assessment results are not shared publicly or with third parties.
Only the user is able to access the relevant Feedback Report through their secure account login. The user remains responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and appropriate use of any reports, insights, or feedback materials obtained through the platform.
smartometric.me retains assessment results and related data on secure servers for the purpose of allowing user access and ongoing engagement, platform administration, and user support.
We do not use personally identifiable assessment data for advertising, resale, profiling, or any unrelated commercial purpose. Assessment data is not sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for essential platform operations.
Payments made through the platform are processed securely by Stripe. smartometric.me does not store or retain users’ full credit card or payment details on its servers.
When making a purchase, payment information is provided directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own privacy and security policies.
In connection with account registration or purchases, users may provide limited personal information, including names and email addresses. smartometric.me does not share personal contact information with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, legal compliance, platform functionality, or service delivery.
We will only contact users regarding important account, service, security, or platform-related updates. Users may request to opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us directly.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated assessment data at any time through their account settings or by request from the platform support.
Where technically and legally feasible, associated assessment results and data will be removed or anonymised following account deletion requests, subject to any legal, regulatory, security, backup, or operational retention requirements.
While smartometric.me implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect user data, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using the platform, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based services and electronic data storage.
We use anonymised data from our assessments to help us create more accurate and reliable norms for future participants. This means that your responses will not be linked to you as an individual, but will be combined with other anonymised responses to identify trends and patterns in how people respond to the assessment questions. The anonymised data will then be used to update and refine our norm groups, ensuring that they remain representative of a diverse range of individuals. This helps us provide more accurate results for future participants and ensures that our assessments continue to evolve and improve over time.
